ABOUT BLENDERS

The Blenders program was established to introduce young athletes (ages 8 - 13) to the game of indoor and beach volleyball and teach them the skills needed to explore volleyball as a potential interest in a non-competitive environment. Blenders is a "no-cut" program where the players will receive individual instruction, develop their skills, and learn to play in scrimmages later in the season.

Players of all ability levels are welcome!
This program is for all girls 5th thru 8th graders with an interest in learning the game of volleyball.
By focusing on the fundamentals in combination with team interaction, our goal is to develop each players volleybell skills and give them a foundation for success in a low stress, positive learning environment.

Our primary focus is to provide a fun, low stress learning environment for young athletes interested in indoor and beach volleyball. We also strive to give each player the fundamentals needed to progress into the club and high school levels. All Blenders instruction is consistent with what is being taught through the advanced Main Beach age groups, but scaled to the Blenders level.

What is included in the spring "MAD SKILLZ" Blenders program?

Fundamentally based instruction from certified Main Beach coaches.
Once a week practices.
In house scrimmages to learn the game and have fun learning!
Main Beach Apparel
NCVA registration (for insurance purposes)
Beach To Beach Juniors Tournament - in Santa Barbara at the end of April for those that want to participate.
