PRIVATE LESSONS 

  What:     

• Whatever your skill level may be Main Beach offers experienced coaches that will provide valuable instruction that is grounded in fundamentals and practiced through repetitions.

• Who:

  Lessons provided by Gabrielle Houston and Trevor Krieg. Gabrielle is the Head coach for the Cabrillo College Women's Volleyball Teamand Asst. Director for Main Beach Volleyball Club. Trevor is a head coach for Mount Madonna High School an the asst. coach with the Cabrillo Women's program. • Where:
• Lessons are currently held at Cabrillo College on the weekends depending on gym availability.
  
  Services:

• A one-hour individual or group lesson. 

•  For an extra charge -  Receive a video of their skills with the key positions and notes for improvement sent to them via email or posted on the internet. $50
  
  Price:    For an individual lesson $65/ hour
                For a group lesson $40 per player - maximum of 4 players
