PRIVATE LESSONS WITH VIDEO ANALYSIS

• What:     

  Whatever your skill level may be Main Beach offers experienced coaches that will provide valuable instruction that is grounded in fundamentals and practiced through repetitions.

• Who:

  Lessons provided by Gabrielle Houston, Head coach for Cabrillo College and Asst. Director for Main Beach Volleyball Club.

• Where:
• Lessons are held at Cabrillo College on the weekends or some weekdays depending on gym availability.
  
  
• Services:

  A one-hour individual or group lesson.  All lessons include video analysis breakdown with immediate feedback and step by step instruction.   

•  For an extra charge -  Receive a video of their skills with the key positions and notes for improvement sent to them via email or posted on the internet. $25
  
  Price:    For an individual lesson $65/ hour
                For a group lesson $35 per player - maximum of 4 players
